Very Long Two Pieces Plates Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine
This product is used for the butt joint of thin steel plates with a length of 3-10 meters. Horizontal machine structure, the mandrel can be raised and lowered to facilitate the loading and unloading of the workpiece; the workpiece is pressed tightly with the piano airbag and the pressing force is uniform; the welding device is driven by a stepping motor and is equipped with a precision linear guide rail, which can run smoothly without speed. Level adjustable; configuration welding tracking system, to overcome the deviation due to deformation, to ensure the quality of welding.
According to different user requirements, various welding methods such as CO2/MAG, MIG, TIG, submerged arc welding, and plasma can be used.
To finish the flat metal sheet butt joint welding automatically. Welding process is stable,continuous, automatic positioning; welding torch angle and position is adjustable; forming uniform, appearance is good, weld penetration, weld width meets the requirements, and the clamping is convenient.
